Based on this photo, I can infer that President Obama is working hard and making efforts, he and those others in power are in good spirits with hopes in the situation, and they are all on the same page and getting along well.  The article and caption, however, raise other questions.  The photo does not show the spill, so where exactly are they, and what are they doing to solve the problem?

From this photo, I can infer that President Obama is having a difficult time, that he thinking intently about solutions, and that from the gray hair, his job has taken its toll.  After reading the article, it makes sense.  They are judging the spill to the equivalent of Jimmy Carter's disaster.  It makes me wonder what is really going on in his head, considering he is smiling in a picture taken the same day.
